Kia Official Match Ball Carrier competition will begin on April 10, 2018 and go on till May 30, 2018 and would be open to only those people who have a valid Indian resident citizenship. The child’s parent / legal guardian is to upload a video of his / her child highlighting his / her skills in football and their passion for the game. Bases on the uploaded entries, the candidates will be shortlisted for Phase 2, where these shortlisted children will be given an opportunity to showcase his/her talent and skill in football and his/her passion for the game before a panel of judges (To be decided by KMI). Two children will be selected as the winners of the competition after Phase 2, and each one of them will be the Kia Official Match Ball Carrier from India in either one of the two matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russiato be held on June 18, 2018 or June 22, 2018..
Promotion of this Kia Official Match Ball Carrier competition is valid throughout India – all Indian states and Union Territories.
The date of participation in the competition is from April 10, 2018 to May 30, 2018. (Final Dates to be confirmed by the Organiser).
The competition is open to all resident Indian children with a valid Indian citizenship, having a valid Indian passport, and between the age 10 - 14 (as on July 15, 2018), accompanied by one parent / legal guardian who is also an Indian resident citizen above 18 years of age, having a valid Indian passport except the employees and their family members working with the Organiser, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, distributors, Banking or Finance helpers, and its Auditors and their associate companies (‘Participant’).
The participant, one child accompanied with one of their parents / legal guardian, who registers for the competition, and will mandatorily have to share the following details in the space provided.
Mobile number of the parent / legal guardian through which they wish to be contacted.
E-mail address of the parent / legal guardian
Valid Indian Passport of the Child, with a minimum validity of 6 months

For participation in both Phase 1 & Phase 2 of the competition, no purchase of any product of Organiser or payment of any participation fee is required
The Video entry to be submitted for participation in Phase 1 must comply with the following conditions:
Only one video entry is allowed per participant child to showcase the talent / skill and passion for football.
Submission of multiple video entries featuring the same child will be disqualified, without any further communication.
Video uploaded must showcase and illustrate the child’s talent, skills, ability, passion and positive attitude in the game of football only. Any other type / subject of the videos will be disqualified.
The uploaded entry cannot be changed, modified, altered or removed in any way.
The video submission of the participating child uploaded, should not exceed size of 50mb and more than 1 minute duration..
On submission, the Participant shall renounce all his/her rights over the submitted video irrevocably and unconditionally to the Organiser. The Organiser shall have the rights to use the videos uploaded by participants without any financial obligation.
The Kia Official Match Ball Carrier competition is being conducted and promoted under the supervision of a panel of experts drawn from the Organiser and Innocean Worldwide Communication Private Limited, their campaign and advertising manager. The associates, employers and family members of both the Organiser and Innocean Worldwide Communication Private Limited are barred from this competition as stated in clause 3
