Prizes

Football Winners: During the Contest Period, 1800 winners will be selected to win a bounce branded football “Football Winners”). Therefore, there will be a total of 1800 of such Football Winners during the Contest period  International Trip Winner: During the Contest Period, 1 Participant will be selected for an International Trip to Europe with a family of a maximum of four members (“International Trip Winner”) (2 Parents with 2 kids who are related to the Participant by blood or relation). Contest ends on 31st January 2023 at 23:59 hours

Terms & Conditions

(a) 3 nights and 4 days Holiday Package for an International Trip Winner and 4 family members (2 adults and 2 kids) of the Winner in Europe inclusive of the Departure and Return air tickets (economy class) & stay in a 4-star category hotel or resort.

(b) Holiday Package is non-transferable and non-substitutable and under no circumstances will be exchanged with cash.

(c) Holiday Package does not include any additional costs (e.g. food & beverage, transportation cost except flight or other charges) that, if incurred, must be paid for directly to the hotel.

(d) Any additions to the Holiday Package will be borne by the Participant.

(e) Travel Dates are between 17th May 2023 till 22nd May 2023. Itinerary once confirmed cannot be changed under any circumstances.

(f) A confirmation letter will be issued to the Participant in the name of the applicant by Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited’s reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Once a confirmation letter is issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained. Participant may also be asked for proof of identification upon arrival at the hotel to redeem the offer.

(g) Once confirmed travel dates, hotel dates, hotel type or venue cannot be changed under any circumstances.

(h) Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. or ITC will not be responsible for approval or application for VISA, Passports and any other documents which the passengers may require travelling into a foreign country.

(i) Travel insurance is mandatory, which has to be acquired by the Participant at their own cost.

(j) All services including the airline seat availability, hotel & room category is subject to availability at the time of booking.

(k) Once we receive all passenger names, any request for change of names will not be accepted.

(l) Any additional costs to be incurred due to natural calamities, political disturbance, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances shall not be borne by BEIERSDORF INDIA PVT LTD or BigCity or ITC Limited.

(m) This Holiday Package will be utilized only by the person to whom it will be issued.

(n) The offer is non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be sold, or redeemed for cash. There is no cash alternative to this offer and all reservations are strictly subject to promotional availability.

(o) ITC Limited and BigCity are not responsible for the management of the hotels, airlines and will accept neither liability nor claims for disappointment or dispute in relation to the management of the hotels.

(p) Except in the case of fraud, BigCity, its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for the information supplied by the hotels including any information on their websites.

(q) This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer available at the resort or hotel at the time of redemption or during booking.

(r) Monetary reward of International Trip to Europe will be subject to taxes (including Tax deduction at Source) as per prevailing taxation laws, and subject to fulfilment of documentation conditions

(s) Once the Winners are selected, Read full term and condition here BigCity shall process their Trip to the Europe subject to the fulfilment of the following criteria

i) Identity & age document of the International Trip Winner as well for the 3 other family members of the Winner (Any of the Following: Election ID Card, Passport, Driving License or similar government ID)

ii) Proof of ownership and mobile number of the International Trip Winner as well for the 3 other family members of the Winner is required. (Mobile bill or a letter from their Network service provider clearly stating the mobile number, their name, address etc. will suffice)

iii) Identification details (Name) on the identification document furnished should match the same on Mobile Bill / Letter furnished by network service provider

iv) Valid Pan Card is mandated of the Winner as well for the 3 other family members of the Winner. In case a winner does not hold a valid PAN Card, an undertaking to this effect will be required in a prescribed format.

v) Eligibility will be scrutinized by an independent auditor, and partner agency will contact the International Trip Winner once documents furnished are scrutinized and found to be acceptable.)
