“#iQOONeo7Pro Social Contest Snap and Win* Launch Event Contest 

Terms and Conditions:

1. The “iQOO Neo 7 Pro - Social Contest” (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is being organised by vivo Mobile India Private Limited (Company). 

2. The Contest is valid only for residents of India, above the age of eighteen (18) years, “Contestant”.

5. Contest Duration: 16th Jun, 21st June, 29th Jun, 4th July till 11:59 PM from its publication. 

6. Winners are to be announced 30 days after the contest ends i.e. 4th August (Winners). 

(Please Note - Winners will be contacted by the Company representatives via social channels after announcing the Winners, and/or on the same platform where they had submitted their entry).

7. Company will select 4 Winners from all the entries received. Each Winner will win a brand new iQOO Neo 7 Pro.

Multiple Contest Questions will be asked during this Contest. Suppose any Contest withdraws his/her entry voluntarily before or after the Contest. In that case, Company will not consider that Contestant even if they have been announced as the Winner. Whereas the Winners of the Contest shall now irrevocably Consent to use their content/personal information for the purpose of posting the same on iQOO’s social media handles.

8.  If the Winner has participated and won any of the iQOO Contests before - they are not eligible to participate or win again. If they are announced twice in the same contest, the first announcement will be considered final and binding and not the second one.

9. The phones/gratification will be dispatched within 60 days of announcing the Winner.

10. Winners must share their details within 7 days of being contacted with a scanned copy of a valid government photo ID proof and PAN Card as requested. In case the Winner fails to submit their documents within 7 days, their gratification for the same will be forfeited and such Winners shall not be entertained.

As per Section 194R of the Income Tax Act 1961, TDS must be deducted @ 10% on providing any benefit or perquisite to any Indian resident. PAN is required to be furnished for the purpose of TDS deduction. As per section 206AA, if the recipient does not provide PAN, the TDS rate would be 20%.

11. Contestants have agreed and consented to put up their comments on posts published by iQOO's social media handles. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any comments/remarks put forth on its social media handles by the public at large.

12. Company can, at its discretion, disqualify any Contestant in case they are not abiding by the  Contest's rules.

13. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

14. Any entries/content of the Comment that is protected by copyright or trademark posted/published by the contestant/participant without the permission of the author or the owner, or is defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Company will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.

15. Company reserves all the rights to change the gratification/conditions of the Contest without prior notice.

16. Company reserves all the rights to change, modify, suspend and terminate the entire Contest including any of its terms and conditions.7. In no event shall the Company be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, lockdowns, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and/or any other kind of interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services.
