- Open the MyJio App and click on Prepaid to Postpaid migration banner
- You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP and you will see new postpaid plans
- Select the JioPlus postpaid plan and proceed to migrate
After completing your KYC, the representative will hand over the new Jio Postpaid Plus SIM to you. The new SIM will activate in 24 hours. For JioPrime, you have to pay Rs 250 security deposit, with a Rs 99 Jio Prime fee. You can also visit your nearest Jio store for getting new postpaid SIM.
