Step 1 - Open the Paytm app on your mobile & login >> ENTER HERE

Step 2 - Go to the ‘Balance and History’ section in the app.

Step 3 - You will see the ‘Paytm Postpaid’ option. Click on it. 

Step 4 - Click on the ‘Help’ option on the top right corner of the page. 

Step 5 - You will be taken to a new page where you can see ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom right corner. Click on it. 

Step 6 - Click on ‘Need help with non order related queries?’

Step 7 - You will be taken to the ‘Help and Support’ page. Click on the option ‘Issue with Paytm Postpaid account status’. 

Step 8 - Click on ‘I want to close/deactivate my Paytm Postpaid account. 

Step 9 - Select the reason to deactivate, now a confirmation for account deactivation will appear on the screen. Tap on ‘Yes’. The Paytm Postpaid account deactivation will be raised instantly, and the deactivation will take place in 1-2 business days. Don’t forget to clear all your dues as well.
