This offer is applicable from 15th May 2024 to 16th July 2024 and is brought to you by Hisense India Pvt. Ltd. Participation in the offer is voluntary. The giveaways offer Euro Cup branding items such as Euro Cup Ticket, Hisense AC, and Hisense TV. This offer is applicable in all the States and Union Territories of India excluding Tamil Nadu (under TN PS Act). You just need to follow Hisense on social media and get ready to participate in our every Wednesday challenge where you'll have 24 hours to comment with the correct answer. You will have to tag 3 friends in your comment, inviting them to join the challenge. The gift card/goodies/product are not a credit/debit or ATM card. The contest is open only for Indian nationals from India, over 18 years of age.

Prizes

• Euro Cup ticket winner will be announced on 1st June 2024.
• AC winners will be announced on 30th June 2024.
• TV winners will be announced on 20th July 2024.
• Winner Notification Winners will be notified via SMS or email.

Tickets is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Ticket is not available, Hisense reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that Ticket for another of equal or greater value. Ticket Winner shall be solely responsible for their travel arrangements to Germany for the relevant EURO 2024 fixture and no assistance whatsoever will be provided by Hisense in connection with this. In the event that the Ticket Winner is unable to attend a EURO 2024 for any reason, Hisense will not (i) replace, substitute or transfer the relevant Ticket and/or (ii) reimburse any expenses incurred by the Ticket Winner in connection with the Ticket or compensate the Ticket Winner in any way. Each Ticket will be invalidated automatically when it expires on the date stated on the Ticket. Any costs incurred by a Ticket Winner incidental to a Ticket are the responsibility of the Ticket Winner and not Hisense. For the avoidance of doubt, the Ticket does not include: transportation, including to and from airports (from India to Germany and vice versa), and within Germany; travel insurance, any medical insurance; or the reimbursement of any costs and expenses (including but not limited to expenses incurred in connection with visa applications, accommodation, travel taxes, food and beverages and other events or activities). Hisense shall not be liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that occur in the course of the delivery or usage of a Ticket by a Ticket Winner.

Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, along with their entry. Cancellation of Competition: Hisense India reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its control. Tax Deduction at Source: TDS at 30% given to Nirmala Sitaraman on reward products exceeding 10k shall be borne by the respective winner. Winners need to submit PAN Card copy, Name as per PAN, and email ID. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No cash shall be paid in lieu of gifts, and no request for exchange of gifts of equivalent value shall be entertained. Hisense reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice or to provide any other gift of the same value read full term and condition here. Hisense's decision regarding the same shall be final and binding. Taxes and statutory levies as applicable shall be borne by the recipient of a gift.
