The #MereGeniusDost contest is open only for residents of India and subject to the following terms: The entire campaign shall be for the period between 23rd July to 3rd August There will be 10 winners who will receive voucher(s) worth INR 10,000 + 5 runner ups who will receive Parle-G Merchandise worth INR 1,000. The winners will be selected on the basis of following ALL rules + lucky draw. The participant’s Instagram profile needs to be a public profile to be considered for the entry to the contest. Parle-G is a brand of Parle Products Pvt. Ltd., jurisdiction should be the sole discretion of Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. The contest will be conducted on Parle-G social media platforms. (Facebook and Instagram) The participant must follow Parle-G social media handles. (Facebook and Instagram) For Facebook, every entry made on every contest post will be considered. It is mandatory that the participant tags the Parle-G’s social media handles and uses the hashtag #MereGeniusDost while uploading a picture for the contest. No obscenity, foul language or offensive content will be allowed. Parle-G reserves the right to delete any messages that break this rule. Parle-G can disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest or otherwise. Disqualification will be at discretion of Parle-G. The participant tagging Parle-G agrees to let Parle-G use their entries on Parle-G’s digital platforms as required. Parle-G shall not be responsible or liable for any entries tagged by the public. Parle-G maintains the right to withdraw the contest, without prior notice to the participants. Parle-G reserves the right to modify and/or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the contest. Parle-G will not bear any costs for the participants occurring out of this contest. Winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Parle-G. Parle-G is not bound to offer any clarifications or justifications on the selection of the declared winners. Parle-G shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any losses. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed by the Laws of India.
