This Contest is a game of skill and not game of chance, participants have to use their creative skills and knowledge to participate in this Contest. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of this contest. Glucon-D contest is a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter contest and is open for participation from the day it has been posted till the deadline mentioned on the post Participation in the Contest is open exclusively to residents of India who are 18 years or older. Employees of Zydus and its partner agency, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. To participate in the contest the participant must answer and adhere to all the rules and regulations mentioned in the contest post. Zydus' decision in selecting participants and winners will be final and binding. The names of the winners will be announced in the comments. The winners will be notified via DMs on Instagram and Twitter, hence, are requested to be prompt with their responses. Only the winning participants will be contacted. If a participant is not contacted, it implies that they were not selected. Zydus will provide certain gifts/rewards/vouchers to the winners on verification of the identity proof, which are non-transferable, non-upgradable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a winner does not claim the gift/reward/voucher within the prescribed time and manner, it will be forfeited, and Zydus may select a new winner from eligible entries. Zydus and/or its partner agency are not liable for any loss, damage, or cancellation of the reward due to acts of God, government actions, or any other force majeure event beyond their control. Zydus and/or its partner agency may use participants' photographs, voice, and other content for media coverage, advertisements, or publicity without any compensation to the participant. All intellectual property rights in promotional materials, Contest, and responses received as part of the Contest shall exclusively belong to Zydus in perpetuity worldwide. All materials submitted by participants shall be the exclusive property of Zydus, and Zydus shall have the right to use these materials as it deems fit. All disputes related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. - These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent conduct by a participant or winner will disqualify them from participating in the Contest and claiming any prizes. Failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy available under these Terms and Conditions or the law does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Zydus and its partner agency. By participating in the Contest, participants authorize Zydus to disseminate information about its consumer products to their contact numbers in the future.
