Company will select 5 Lucky Winners randomly from entries received in the Contest and the decision of the Company shall be final & binding. 4. Gratification: 3 lucky winners will get a chance to win an HONOR200 Pro and 2 Lucky winners will get a chance to win an HONOR200. 5.  In case, You are declared as a lucky winner by the Company, You have to connect with the Company on its official social media account, through your official account by which You participated in the Contest. 6.  In case at any time during the Contest duration You deleted Your answer comment from the post of the Company such deletion shall be considered as a withdrawal of the participation and You shall not be entitled to be declared as a winner in the Contest. 7.   In case You are declared as a winner in the Contest, You hereby willfully consent that the Company may use Your personal information to contact You for gratification purposes and other marketing purposes. 8.  In case You were declared as a winner in any other contest held by the Company You are not eligible to be declared as a winner in the Contest. 9. In case You are declared as a winner twice in the Contest, You shall be considered as winner only in one of the Contests in which You took part formerly. 10. In case You are declared as a winner in the Contest You shall provide your current complete address to the Company and in case such address is non-serviceable the Company reserves the right to cancel Your participation and You shall not be considered as a winner in the Contest. 11.   The company may dispatch the above-mentioned gratification to You within 90 days of the declaration of the winner of the Contest. 12.  In case You are declared as a winner of the Contest, You shall share a scanned copy of a valid government photo ID proof and PAN Card, subject to receipt of the request for the same by the Company. 13.  In case You fail to provide the necessary documents within the stipulated time period, the Company reserves the right to cancel your gratification in its sole discretion and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding in nature. 14. The company can, at its discretion, disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the Contest's rules. 16.  All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts. 17. In no event shall the Company be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, lockdowns, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and/or any other kind of interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services.
