How to Participate in the “Fuelling Ka Maha Utsav”?

1. Fuel Up at Select BPCL Retail Outlets

• Purchase ₹200 or more worth of Petrol/Speed for 2 or 3 wheelers or ₹1000 or more for 4 wheelers (cars, SUVs, MUVs) at participating BPCL outlets.
• Make sure you check if the BPCL outlet you’re visiting is part of the offer. You can find the list on BPCL’s website under Contest Corner.

2. Scan the QR Code or Send an SMS

• Once you’ve made your purchase, scan the QR code displayed at the retail outlet or send an SMS as instructed. You will be prompted to enter your mobile number, name, bill amount, vehicle type and bill number for registration.

3. Upload a Photo of Your Bill

• Take a clear photo of your fuel bill and upload it on the provided portal to complete your registration.
• Upon successful registration, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS ensuring that your entry is registered for the lucky draw.

4. Repeat Purchases for More Entries

• Every time you fuel up, you can participate again, but remember, only one entry per bill is allowed. Save your bills, as you’ll need them to claim your prize if you win.

Claiming Prizes: Winners will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls. Be sure to preserve your original fuel bill as it will be required to claim your prize. Slogan-Based Contest in Tamil Nadu: If you’re from Tamil Nadu, instead of a lucky draw, you’ll participate in a slogan contest. Simply submit your best slogan after the phrase, “I love to fuel at BPCL Petrol Pumps because…” during the registration process. Prize Distribution: Prizes will be distributed within 90 days of the campaign’s completion, subject to winner verification.
