2. How often can I spin the wheel? You can spin the wheel only once during the campaign. 

3. What prizes can I win on the wheel? You can win brand vouchers from top brands! These vouchers can be used for shopping on the respective brand's website/outlets 4. How do I receive my prize after spinning the wheel? Once you spin the wheel, your prize will be delivered via WhatsApp & Email 5. How long is my prize valid for? Voucher codes are typically valid for a limited time, usually with an expiration date clearly mentioned on the voucher message you receive via WhatsApp. 

6. How do I redeem my brand voucher? You can redeem your brand voucher directly on the brand's website/outlet. Each brand may have specific terms, so make sure to read the details. 7. What if I didn't receive my voucher on WhatsApp? If you did not receive your voucher after spinning the wheel, first check that you've entered the correct phone number.
