Bagpiper Trip to Bangkok Contest

This is a limited period offer, valid on purchase of Bagpiper Whisky and Bagpiper Rum (750ml, 375ml, 180ml and 90ml pack sizes) (“Product”) between 07/05/2025  and 07/07/2025 Participation in the contest is purely optional and the Products are available without this offer also. By participating in this Campaign, the consumer/participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of Inbrew which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. The Contest is open to participants above the age of 21 years and residents of Karnataka  only.

(i) The participation process will be communicated through communications at the outlet (via Poster, Banner, Dangler, arches etc.) and other points of sale materials deployed at the selected outlets in the Territory.

(iii) After scanning the Code or giving a missed call, Participant will receive the link directing it to a microsite where the Participant has to register itself. Participants also have an option to participate through Whatsapp as they also receive a Whatsapp notification on giving a missed call.

(iv) After registering their details on the microsite, Participants will receive a confirmation SMS/Whatsapp confirming their participation in the Contest, along with a website link
(v) The participant will be required to fill in the information including response to quiz in the webform/ Whatsapp chatbot.

Participation in Draw: Participants who correctly answer all the questions asked, will be automatically eligible to enter the Draw and shall stand a chance to win exciting prizes. By giving a missed call or scanning the QR code, the Participant expressly opts to participate in the Contest and to receive a call and/or message back from Inbrew Beverage’s service provider. Each Participant must complete the entry process to the Contest successfully to be eligible for the prizes on or before the Closing Date. No calls, messages or emails to Inbrew Beverages shall be accepted. By entering the Contest, each Participant declares that he or she fulfills the eligibility requirements. In an event where Inbrew Beverages finds that the Participant doesn’t meet the eligibility as described above he/she shall be disqualified. In the event of any dispute concerning the eligibility of any Participant, Inbrew Beverage’s decision shall be final. During the Contest Period, Participant may participate multiple times in the Campaign, entitlement limit for prizes per day is 2 in case of daily cashback. Prizes: The winners would be selected via an automated process among all the eligible Participant entries by a third-party agency employed by Inbrew Beverages. Inbrew Beverages doesn’t have any role in selecting winners. Participants are eligible to win prizes upto Rs. 1000/- and stand a chance to win a return ticket for 2 (“two”) to Bangkok, Thailand.

The winner shall be responsible for complying with the registration process, related formalities and production of any/all such documents/information as may be required by Inbrew Beverages & authorities in connection with the prize. This offer can’t be combined with any other scheme, offer or promotion. The prizes are neither transferable nor can be redeemed for any other gift or prize. In the event of non-availability or inability of Inbrew Beverages/the organizer(s) to provide the exact prize for any reason whatsoever, the organizer(s) shall have the right to offer an alternative prize and the winner shall accept the same without any demur and shall not make any claim against Inbrew/ the organizer(s) on any account and any change will be final and binding upon every Participant who enters this Contest. Apart from the entitlement to the said Prize/s announced under this Contest, the Winner or his legal heirs will have no other rights or claims of any nature whatsoever. The maximum liability of Inbrew Beverages will not be more than the value of the prize announced in the name of the respective winner. By making a claim to the prize, the Participant provides his/her unconditional consent to Inbrew Beverages to use the name, details & photographs of the Participant for media coverage in relation to this Contest. Inbrew Beverages shall neither be responsible nor guarantee the quality of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor will be liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed or for losses/damages arising out of the usage of such goods/services by the Participant under this Contest. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the Contest and/or the Prize herein, the decision of Inbrew Beverages shall be final and binding on all concerned and Inbrew Beverages shall be under no obligation to respond to said concerns. Inbrew Beverages reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, or modify this or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria in its sole discretion at any time as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes brought in by Govt. and/or statutory changes and/or by any judicial order which shall be binding on the Participant .
