Participation in the Father’s Day Contest (‘Contest’) is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions for this Contest. 2. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”. 3. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the decisions of ITC Limited (“ITC”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. 4. Successfully entering the Contest and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein. 5. ITC reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend this Contest, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any liability. 6.The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations. 7.ITC reserves the right to exclude any person from the Contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record. Eligibility 9. The Contest is open exclusively to all Indian residents above the age of 18 years Contest Details 10. The Contest shall be open from 12 June, 2025 at 9:00 pm and shall close on 15 April, 2025 at 11:59 pm (‘Contest Period’). Entries received outside of the Contest Period shall not be considered. 11.The Participants can submit multiple entries at any time during and after the Contest Period. 12.
Time of participation shall be the time at which an entry from a Participant is received on Mangaldeep’s Facebook page at facebook.com/pujawithmangaldeep (“Mangaldeep Facebook Page”) or Mangaldeep’s Instagram page at instagram.com/pujawithmangaldeep (“Mangaldeep Instagram Page”). Featuring of Entries 13. This Contest gives the Participants a chance to win a gift hamper from Mangaldeep. (“the Prize”) 14. Entries to be featured will be chosen during the Contest Period and shall be published periodically on the Mangaldeep Facebook Page and the Mangaldeep Instagram Page during the Contest Period. 15. The entries shall be chosen by judges appointed by the ITC Mangaldeep Brand Team based on its creativity. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding upon all Participants. How to Participate 16. To participate in the Contest, the Participant will have to send a picture of their Puja room with a Mangaldeep product on the message or comment section of Facebook (facebook.com/pujawithmangaldeep) or Instagram DM (instagram.com/pujawithmangaldeep). 17. There is no fee charged to participate in this Contest. 18. Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. 19. The decision of ITC or the agency, as regards the selection of winners, shall be final, subject only to ITC’s approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained. 20. ITC reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of ITC in this regard and in general with respect to this Contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding and non-contestable. 21. The decision of ITC shall be final in all regards and no communication shall be entertained in this regard. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between any Participant and ITC and the Participant shall not have the authority to bind ITC in any manner whatsoever. 22. Neither ITC nor its agency shall be accountable/liable for any disruptions/stoppages/ interruptions or cancellation of the Contest due to any government restrictions. 23. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of ITC or its Agency. 24. ITC or its agency accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of internet connectivity, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorised data hacking, deletion, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communication failure, hardware failure or otherwise. ITC or it’s agency shall not be liable for any consequences of Participant error including (without limitation) any costs incurred. 25. This Contest is not associated with Facebook or Instagram and is not managed, approved or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
