Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within seven (7) days of the Draw Date and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility within 7 days of being notified. The Tier 1 provisional winner and guest will also be required to complete and return the Declaration of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and, except where prohibited by applicable law, a Publicity Release within (7) days of the Forms being sent to the provisional winner. Tier 2, 3, 4 & 5 provisional winners will be notified to arrange fulfilment of their prize within (28) days of acceptance.
