Customers will enter the mobile number & and batch code/ lot number, and the OTP validation takes place. A Participant can participate 10 times in the contest but can win maximum only one reward.

In case of invalid batch code entered, users will be asked to enter the correct batch code. Post validation customers will receive the participation confirmation communication. Per minute randomizer will pick up 1 lucky winner and they will receive either a direct WhatsApp SMS or an SMS with a link on their registered mobile number and On clicking the link, the customer will land on the WhatsApp chatbot where they will have to select between UPI or Amazon. Customers will receive cashback Rs. 20 via UPI id or Amazon, whichever customer wants to select. If winner selects UPI, then they must mention the UPI id to get the cashback, for Amazon they receive the voucher via WhatsApp. Everyday 10 lucky winners will win a backpack, and same process is followed where the users must provide the address details to receive the reward on WhatsApp. Every week 1 lucky winner will win a hoverboard, and same process is followed where the users must provide the address details to receive the reward. 1 lucky family (of 2) will win an international trip from Delhi to Hong Kong or / MMT Voucher of Rs. 1.6 lakh, for this set of winners, confirmation communication on WhatsApp will go. Winners will be called (except cashback) to inform about the reward that they have won. The participants are required to keep the pack with the Lot no. used for participation safe, as they may need to submit a copy of the pack with the visible winning code during KYC verification if they are shortlisted as a winner. The Program will start at 00:10:01 AM on 1st July’2025 and end at 19:59:59 PM on 31stAug’2025. Any entries attempted and/or made before or after the prescribed/allotted Program duration will summarily be rejected. In case, the winner shares any wrong or incomplete information, reward will get forfeited & winner will not get the other chance to rectify it. The cashback winners need to claim their reward before 31st August 2025 & the Daily, Weekly & bumper winners need to submit their details before 30th September,2025 to get their reward.

Winner Selection: 

The Winners will be randomly selected (basis randomizer system). Winner will not be selected from the participating states only, as mentioned in Point-1 of Eligibility section above. A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day for minute, daily, weekly and bumper winners. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Cremica or the Partner Agency. Participants have a chance to win ONE time only from a single mobile number. The winner generation will be done based on Valid Code and mobile number. Cremica and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program. Cremica or its Agents shall further not be responsible for any non-receipt of any communication due to network failure, network congestion, network unavailability or any other technical issue or event/incidence not within the control of Cremica or if the short listed winner/s fail to receive the calls, and Cremica reserves the right to take a decision in the event the shortlisted winner/s is not reachable or is unable to revert within the prescribed time given above. 

Contacting Winners: 

Once the cashback winners are selected via system randomizer, Winners will receive a congratulations WhatsApp SMS. SMS will include a link. Cremica at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish the any or all the following documents: Election ID Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar or similar government ID Winners will be required to retain and furnish on demand the wrapper of the pack with the winning code. In case the winner is less than 18 years of age, the reward will be disbursed to legal guardian / Parent. An undertaking, as Well as valid proof for establishing Parent / Legal Guardian Status will then be needed. In case any one of the above documents are not available for any reason, the Cremica / Agency reserves the right to take a decision basis the availability of other documents. This decision will be final and binding. The cost and expenses incurred towards conducting and administering the Program are being borne and incurred by Cremica out of its own funds and same are not being recouped in any way from the Participants. Backpack, Hoverboard and Bumper winners need to file the gift tax to the govt. authorities as per section 194B of I-T act. The prize(s) are non- transferable and non-negotiable. The use of internet and SMS may be chargeable at the regular tariff rates. Consult beforehand with your service provider to know these charges. If entries are received for participation, it is assumed that the person sending in the entry has provided us with the permission to send SMS to or call him/her, whether such sender is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.

The Participants who send the valid and correct SMS during the Program Period (1st July 2025 to 31st Aug’2025) between 10:00 am to 08:00 pm (Daily) are eligible to receive the program microsite. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received at Agency’s computer system through Mobile number and Batch Code validation via Microsite Web form. Entries coming outside the Program Period & Program Timings will not be considered for winner selection and will be summarily rejected. Customer will be notified via SMS to enter the Program during the stipulated timings. The Program is applicable on specific packs of Cremica Bourbon 55.7g, 93g, 111.4g, 418g. The Offer is applicable PAN India except the state of Tamil Nadu.
