• Complete the official online entry form [(including the response to the question)] during a day of the Entry Period, and you will be entered into the Promotion’s lucky draw. This can be done through any of the following 2 methods:

1. QR Code Method. A QR code will be featured in all participating in-store point of sale locations. Scan the QR code. This will direct you to the URL: www.predatorenergydrink.com/en-in/goldenticket. Answer a simple question and upload a photo of the purchase receipt or open can in-hand image, or PET bottle in-hand image, and complete the official online entry form during a day of the Entry Period.

 There will be One Thousand (1000) Grand Prize winners, and Two Hundred (200) Second Prize winners that will be determined via a system generated random drawing, from all entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and made during the Entry Period (“Eligible Entries”). The Grand Prize winners and Second Prize winners will be drawn after the expiry of the Entry Period and will be declared on the Website n accordance with these Official Rules. Only Eligible Entries drawn from the entries received during the Entry Period will be eligible to win a Grand Prize or Second Prize (each individually, a “Prize” and collectively, the Prizes”) mentioned below. The Promoter may choose additional reserve entries and record them in order in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or a Prize is unclaimed (“Reserve Entrants”) or choose to not declare winners from one of the Reserve Entrants. All judging decisions are as determined by the Promoter, in their absolute discretion. The winners will be announced on 20th September 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Each Grand Prize includes the following: One (1) ISPL Golden Ticket - for the ISPL (Indian Street Premier League).  A "Golden Ticket" is a special opportunity for aspiring cricket players to participate in the ISPL Season 3 selection trials for the league. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the date of fulfilment of the Grand Prizes will be (and may vary) is subject to ISPL selection dates and State and National restrictions. The exact date of delivery may therefore vary and will be informed to the relevant winners by the Promoter or Monster Energy. Second Prize: Two hundred (200) lucky winners (1 x Energy Cricket Bat + Ball) Two Hundred (200) winners will be selected after the expiry of the Entry Period (in accordance with these Official Rules) through system generated random draws from all Eligible Entries received.  The winners will be announced on 20th September 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Grand Prize winners and Second Prize winners must be aged 18+ and have a valid Government ID Winners will be required to present all required documentation to the Promoter and/or Monster Energy prior to receiving a Prize. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the date of fulfilment of the Second Prizes will be subject to State and National restrictions. The exact date of delivery may therefore vary and will be informed to the relevant winners by the Promoter or Monster Energy. The value of the Grand Prize would be a maximum of ₹1,200 (Indian Rupees of One Thousand Two Hundred only) per winner. The value of the Second Prize would be a maximum of ₹2,180 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred Eighty only) per winner. There will be One Thousand (1000) Grand Prize winners and Two Hundred (200) Second Prize winners drawn as per the draw dates below. Non-winning Eligible Entries shall not carry over to any later Prize draw, if any. The dates for announcing the winners are: Saturday, September 20th 2025 – One Thousand (1000) Grand Prize winners drawn (1 x ISPL Golden Tickets) Saturday, September 20th 2025 – Two Hundred (200) Second Prize winners drawn (1 x Predator Energy Cricket Bat + Ball) Limits on Entries: Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Entry Period. 

Limit of Prizes Per Person: A person cannot win more than one (1) Prize. If an eligible entrant is selected as a winner, such entrant will not be eligible to win any other draw(s) in the Promotion. Total Prize pool - The total Prize pool is ₹1,636,000 (Indian Rupees One Million Six Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Rupees only) How and when will the winner/s be informed? - The Grand Prize winners and Second Prize winners will be announced by 20th September 2025 on the Website. The winners will be notified via email and via calls. Potential winners must provide a hard copy of the winning purchase receipt or can in-hand image of the Predator Energy 300 ml can OR 250ml PET bottle provided with the Entry. Winner Verification: Each potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return documentation required by the Promoter including a notarized affidavit of eligibility and upon confirmation/verification as a Grand prize winner, winner(s) will receive a unique digital QR code that can be redeemed for entry into the ISPL selection trial. Unclaimed Prize/s Prize claim date – by 11.59pm (IST) on 1st October 2025 If a Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the Prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed Prize determination at the date, time and place stated via email. Collection and use of your personal information - If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You agree and explicitly consent to the Promoter and/or Monster Energy using your name, photograph(s), likeness, biographical information and any video footage related to any promotional or advertising activity, in all media. 

The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors for itself and for Monster Energy. The Promoterwill use your personal information to conduct the Promotion, as stated in the Privacy Policy, (link shared below). The Promoter may disclose or transfer your personal information to its affiliate companies, agents, contractors and Monster Energy to assist in conducting this Promotion, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside India. By entering, you hereby agree and explicitly consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging. By entering, you explicitly consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility. The Privacy Policy governing the collection and use of your personal information   includes information about: (a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and (b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoterwill deal with such a complaint 

These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined above. Information about the Prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Entry 2. Your entry must be received during the Entry Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified. 3. The Promoter may copy and amend your entry and may use (or allow others to use) your entry and any rights in relation to your entry, to publicise this Promotion or for any other purpose. These rights are perpetual, royalty free, world-wide, irrevocable, and transferable. For example, the Promoter may publish all or any part of your entry or any amended version of it. The Promoter may also decide not to publish an entry, to cease publication of an entry, or to publish an edited entry. 4. You warrant that your entry does not breach any third-party rights (for example, intellectual property rights) and its use by the Promoter or any other person will not breach such rights nor otherwise breach any law (for example, it is not defamatory, in contempt of court or in breach of any privacy law). Your entry must not be obscene, offensive, malicious, discriminatory, indecent or (in the Promoter's opinion) otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (for example, it must not include nudity or language the Promoter deems offensive). 

Entries that are, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions may be disqualified from the Promotion at Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified.  Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. Prizes 6. Golden Tickets are subject to availability, as well as the terms and conditions applicable thereto. Grand Prize Winners will be required to comply with all ISPL rules and regulations, and venue rules and regulations, including all COVID-19 protocols in effect at the venue at the time of the event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize as determined by the Promoter. If, for whatever reason, the event is cancelled or postponed, the ticket terms and conditions will govern, and the Promoter and Monster Energy will have no further obligation to any winner. 7. The Prizes and all elements of each Prize must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter and Monster Energy will not be liable. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter. 8. The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the Prize. 9. 

This Promotion entails the price of the Grand Prize (1 x ISPL Golden Ticket for ISPL Season 3 try outs) and the price of the Second Prize (1 x Predator Energy Cricket Bat + Ball) only as expressly set out in these Official Rules. 10. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter and/or Monster Energy has neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize, including any express warranties provided by any Prize supplier that are sent along with a Prize.  Any Prize pictured in online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and/or other Promotion or Prize related materials are for illustrative purposes only. 11. The Prizes are not transferable and no payments, in cash or kind, shall be made to any winner in addition to or in lieu of a Prize. The Promoter and Monster Energy are not liable (and will not be obligated to provide the Prize or anything in lieu thereof) if a winner is unable to claim a Prize for any reason and the Promoter may, in its discretion, draw an alternate winner from the remaining Eligible Entries
