By participating in this Campaign, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions available on www.bpindiaactivation.com/np. Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign which is subject to all requirements set forth herein. Organizer reserves the right to exclude any person from the Campaign on grounds of misconduct or criminal record. Organizer reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Campaign, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason or prior intimation to the participant.


This Campaign is open only for Indian citizens above the legal drinking age of 25 years having the legal capacity to enter a contract in the territory of India, except Bihar, Gujarat, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Delhi and J&K. Organizers’ employees, their family members, sponsors, agents, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and any other channel partners, including their employees or any outlet staff, bar staff and counter salesmen are not eligible to participate in the Promo. Entries received from any of the foregoing ineligible participants shall be liable to be rejected by the Organizers at any stage of the Promo without demur. The Campaign is open only between 15th August 2025 to 24th October, both days inclusive (“Campaign Period”). The Organizers reserve the right to change the Campaign Period without prior intimation to the Participant. Thereafter, Organizers will not be obligated in any manner whatsoever. Entries beyond the Campaign Period will not be considered valid for participation in the Campaign. Participants are eligible for participation in the campaign by scanning the QR code or giving a missed called on +91XXXXX-XXXXX mentioned on the Point-of-Sale communication placed in the premise of the participating wine shop and fill their details, agree to the T&C and verify their age as being above the LDA of the territory. Only those Participants having registered by filling all the details correctly and over the LDA will be eligible for the Lucky Draw. The participants are eligible to win a maximum up to 2 prizes subject to verification and subject to the Lucky Draw process in the presence of a Third-party auditing agency through a randomizer. Each participant is tagged to their unique mobile number. Each participant is eligible to take part up to once a day and up to three times in the entire campaign period. Subject to fulfillment of conditions above, a 3rd party auditor will execute and supervise the lucky draw by random and manual selection of the winners. Any deduction of applicable taxes, levies and other statutory payments, including but not limited to applicable gift tax, shall be borne solely by the Winner.

How to Participate– This Campaign is applicable to any individual above the LDA for the respective state. This Campaign is accessible from selected participating Wine Shops, Bars & Restaurants (hereinafter “Outlet”). To participate in the Campaign, Participant will scan the QR code or give a missed called on +91 XXXXX-XXXXX mentioned on the Point of Sale Communication in the outlet and they will be directed to our portal www.bpindiaactivation.com/np. Participants will have to enter their details followed by agreeing to the LDA policy and the campaign T&C to successfully participate. This participation process will be communicated through communication at the outlet (via Poster, Tent Cards, Neck tags, Scratch Cards etc.) and other points of sale materials deployed at the selected outlets in the respective State/s. Participants uploading their correct details only will be considered eligible for the Campaign. In case a Participant’s age is less than the LDA as prescribed under their respective State of participation, OR the details entered by him/her is incorrect, the participation will not be considered. The organizers shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to): Any SPAM generated messages. The Operator Code is not displayed on the user’s mobile phone. Any SMS message delivery failure. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control

Prizes- Prizes: Blenders Pride Merchandise which includes either one or more of the following – Watch, Cross-body Bag, Smart Ring, Sunglasses (To be referred as ‘21FN Exclusive Merchandise’) At the end of the Campaign Period, a pre-decided count of winners from the entire pool of eligible Participants from the Territory, will be chosen by the Organizer/s who shall win the 21FN Exclusive Merchandise. The Winners will be announced within 90 days post the Campaign End Date. The Winners shall be selected by way of random selection using a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor. The organizers are not liable for any physical damages and/or breakages on the products if any. Winners will be reached out by a call/SMS by the organizers to visit a mutually decided outlet and collect the gifts that he/she has won through the randomizer The 21FN Promo Merchandise can neither be exchanged nor redeemed for cash/ any non-monetary consideration nor it is transferable. In case the Winner/ Participant does not collect its prize within the stipulated time-period stated hereinabove, then the validity of the prize shall lapse automatically without any further notice to the Winner(s)/ Participant in this regard.
