3. The Winner will have to enter the mobile number, Unique code & update the KYC details. They will also have to upload an image of both the product and the wrapper. The KYC details like PAN number & PAN Copy, Product photo & wrapper code image need to be uploaded.

4.  User will receive the KYC submission SMS. Backend team will verify the KYC & if approved the user will receive a link & a Golden code. The link and the Golden Code will remain valid for 15 days only. If the user fails to claim the reward within this period, their entry will be forfeited. Winner will visit the link and enter the mobile number & a unique code & land onto the reward catalogue. Winner can select the gold voucher from the major brands like Kalyan, Tanishq, Joy Alukkas, JosAlukkas, or PC Jeweller.

Program Period The Program shall commence on 1-Sep-2025 at 12:00 AM and conclude on 31-Nov-2025 at 11:59 PM. The period inclusive of both dates shall be referred to as the "Program Period." Any entry submitted before or after the Program Period as described above shall not be entertained and will be summarily rejected. Geographical Validity This Program is valid in India, except for the State of Tamil Nadu. The exclusion of the State of Tamil Nadu is due to restrictions imposed by state law regarding luck-based contests. Eligibility Criteria This Program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Participants must be citizens of India and must reside in India. Non-Indian citizens and non-Indian residents are not eligible to participate. Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Nestlé India, along with its affiliates, subsidiaries, the Agency, and advertising agencies (including their immediate family members), are not eligible to participate. Additionally, all individuals directly associated with the organization of the Program are also ineligible to participate. Nestlé India reserves the right to exclude any person from the Program on grounds of misconduct, criminal record, or for any other reasons it deems fit. No communication in this regard will be entertained.

Brand T&Cs Kalyan Gold Jewellery E-Gift This E-Gift Card is Redeemable on Any Jewellery at Kalyan Jewellers Stores in India. This E-Gift card is not redeemable on Gold & Silver Coin. This E-Gift Card Valid for 364 days from issue. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. E-Gift Card can be redeemed only once. Vouchers would not be revalidated beyond the validity period. E-Gift Card has to be presented in the store in original condition. E-Gift Card is valid at only Kalyan Jewellers Stores in India. No Photocopy/Reproduction of the E-Gift Card will be accepted. No Duplicate E-Gift Card will be issued in case of the same being misplaced or lost. A maximum of 10 vouchers can be redeemed against a single cash memo. E-Gift Card is not a legal tender. This voucher cannot be clubbed with the redemption of Gold/Diamond Purchase Advance Schemes. This voucher cannot be clubbed with Package invoices and Special Priced Items.

No Charges for Participation No charges are payable to Nestlé India or the organizers for participation in or winning the Program. In the event that any individual requests money in connection with the Program, please be advised that such requests are not legitimate and should be reported to Nestle India. Prizes There can be 100 winners from Rest of India except Tamil Nadu, subject to who finds the Golden KitKat and is eligible to win. A participant can win a maximum of one prize during the Program period. If a participant has won a prize, they will not be eligible to win any further prizes. It's a 1 lakh Rupees voucher. Users will receive the Golden code & reward catalog link to avail the gold voucher. 

The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash. Participants understand that prizes are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or suitability for any particular purpose. Winner Selection and Notification Winning entries will be determined by Nestlé India or its agency, and such decisions shall be binding and non-contestable. Nestlé India or its agency will contact the selected winner(s) on contact details for verification. Nestlé India or its agency will make best efforts to contact the selected (winners). Nestlé India shall not be liable for any non-receipt of communication due to network failures or other technical issues. If a selected winner cannot be contacted by, the selected winner will be disqualified, and the next eligible participant will be chosen. The prizes will be awarded to the winner(s) after due verification. Winners may be required to submit details like PAN Copy, Product image, Product wrapper code image as specified by Nestlé India or its agency. Nestlé India reserves the right to waive or relax any documentation requirements at its discretion. If a selected winner cannot submit the details within 10 days, that winner will be disqualified. Upon successful completion of verification, Prize shall be awarded to the Winner(s).
