‘Live The Miracle’ contest is open to individual consumer(s), excluding corporations, trusts, non-profit organization(s) and/or any business entity The contest is open only to residents of India and who are of legal drinking age as per applicable laws at the time of entry. Carlsberg India reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw the contest or any part of it without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events. 3. The Participant(s) shall have the right to withdraw his/her participation, and the personal data shared for the purposes of this Contest at any time. Upon such withdrawal, the Participant’s entry will be treated as canceled. For the said purposes, the Participant shall share his/her intention to withdraw the entry as a DM to the official Instagram page. The decision of Carlsberg India shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this contest and no correspondence in this context will be entertained. 5. Gratification / Rewards Selected winners, chosen at the sole discretion of Carlsberg India, will be eligible for the following rewards: A grand prize: an all-expenses-paid trip to Anfield, Liverpool, for an exclusive fan experience. Liverpool FC Legends Meet in Mumbai Shortlisted winners will be contacted directly by Carlsberg India, either on the mobile number provided at entry or via the official Instagram page. Winners will be required to authenticate their identity with valid documents for verification purposes. The date for the Mumbai event will be announced on Carlsberg India’s Instagram page. Winners will be notified at least one week prior to the event to make necessary travel arrangements. All travel, accommodation, and incidental expenses related to attending the event in Mumbai will be borne solely by the winners. Carlsberg India will provide only the entry and experience at the event. Trip to Anfield Shortlisted candidates for the grand prize will be required to submit a video response answering: “Why do you want to go to Anfield and what makes you the best Liverpool FC fan?” Final winner(s) will be selected based on the video submission, at the sole discretion of Carlsberg India. The Anfield experience is currently planned for February/March 2026. Dates are subject to change depending on the availability of the experience at Anfield.
The trip will only be confirmed post-approval of the winner’s visa application by the relevant authorities. Carlsberg India holds no responsibility in case of visa rejection or delays. 6. Participants need to follow Carlsberg India’s official Instagram page to stand eligible for the contest. 7. It will be Carlsberg India’s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and whether any Participant is qualified to receive any prize under the Contest. 8. Employees of Carlsberg India, and their immediate families may not enter any promotion, neither may any employees or immediate family members of any third-party sponsors, third party companies associated with the promotion, prize providers or agencies assisting with the promotion operation. 9. Any entry or Participant violating any of the Terms and Conditions of Carlsberg India will be disqualified. 10. Carlsberg India shall not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged. The Participants hereby agree and give consent that the Participant is a Citizen of India and upon posting any comment/s on Carlsberg India’s official Instagram page, they hereby give their irrevocable consent to Carlsberg India to use the information shared/posted by them for the purposes of this contest, in any manner it may deem appropriate. 17. The Prize under this Contest is non cashable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for anything of value. 18. Carlsberg India assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, or non-receipt of, entries. Further, Carlsberg India shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, mishaps, accidents that any Participant may be subjected to, or caused by mishandling of the merchandise. 22. Where any promotion/contest requires the Participant to submit a photograph, sound, or video clip of any description (collectively, "Media") as a part of entry into the contest, in relation to the Prize or participation in the promotion, Participants: warrant and represent that their chosen Media: (i) is original to them (ii) is submitted in good faith (iii) has been legally obtained and created (iv) does not violate any intellectual property or personality rights of third party(ies), and (v) are not in violation of any applicable laws. agree that Carlsberg India has the right to publish and communicate to the public at large, the Media in any media including, but not limited to, our website and social media channels, always without restriction or limitation throughout the world and not only for the purposes of the promotion. 23. However, the Carlsberg India shall be under no obligation to respond to any communication. undertake to Carlsberg India that their entry does not (i) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, personality or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party, or violate applicable laws, regulations or terms of use; (ii) does not contain references to any other brands or trademarks; AND (iii) does not contain any defamatory, malicious, indecent, threatening or otherwise inappropriate imagery or statements, or represent a danger to health and safety and each entrant agrees to indemnify us for any loss, damage or liability arising should this provision be breached. By participating in the Contest, it shall be construed that the Participant(s) and/or the Winner has waived his/her right to raise any dispute with regards to the Contest and/or the Prize and/or any decision of the Carlsberg India Pvt. Ltd. team, in any manner whatsoever. Even in case any dispute arises, that shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Delhi.
