The Contest is valid PAN India with the exception of the state of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry from 25/09/2025 to 23/11/2025 (60 Days) ("Contest Period"). During the Contest Period: 5 winners will be selected to win Gift Voucher for purchase of gold items/ accessories. 135 winners will be selected to win T96 Ferrero Rocher Cone. 1500 winners will be selected to win Flute Glasses, (collectively referred to as "Prizes") The Promo Packs are limited in quantity and the Offer will be open only till stocks of Promo Packs last or end of the Offer Period, whichever is earlier. The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty about the availability of Promo Packs in all the territories or during the entire Promo Period. The Company reserves the right to change the Offer Period or Timing, in case of any contingency, at its sole and absolute discretion, without any consent, connivance, notice or intimation to anyone. All IPR rights including trademark, copyright, and designs used are the property of their respective owners. The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
The contest will commence from 12:01:01 AM on 25/09/2025 to 11:59:59 PM on 23/11/2025. Winners will be selected between 12:01:01 AM on 25/09/2025 to 11:59:59 PM on 23/11/2025 during the Contest Period. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received on the Contest Website. Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection. V. Voluntary & Free Participation Promo is a voluntary initiative. No fees, charges, costs, etc. required to be paid for participating in the Promo apart from purchase of the Promo Pack. It is not mandatory to participate in the Promo. Promo Packs are available at same price irrespective of the availability of or participation in the Promo.
How to Participate
A Participant may participate up to three (3) times per day during the Contest Period. The first attempt shall be free; however, in order to unlock the second and third attempts, the Participant will be required to view a branded video prior to each subsequent attempt. Scan the QR code on the Promo Pack. Participant will be asked to complete their registration by entering their name, email ID, mobile number ("Personal Data") state and lot no. of the Promo Packs. Upon submitting the details, the Participants will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Participants will need to submit the OTP to authenticate their mobile number. Once the Participants successfully completes their registration, they can play a game of 'Tap & Reveal' and stand a chance to win exciting Prizes. The Company and the Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to): For any SPAM generated messages For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user's mobile phones For any SMS message delivery failures Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason If the Participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry. Winner Selection
A Participant can win a maximum of 1 (one) Prize during the Contest Period from their registered mobile number, email ID, address, or household. From the valid entries received during the Contest Period, the Agency/Company will select the eligible winners. Winners will be selected by the Agency using a randomizer software. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of the Agency. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed Prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash. Prize once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances. The Company or it Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the Prize due to Act of God, governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and/or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of the Company or the Agency, and under no circumstances, the Company shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses. Contacting Winners
Once the winners are selected, they will receive a call/SMS confirming that they have won a Prize with further instructions on how to redeem it. No Prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the Contest is not factually correct. In the event of death or any disability of the confirmed winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the confirmed winner shall be entertained for receiving the Prize.
