Kinder Joy, having MRP 150 (Incl. of all taxes), Net Weight of 60 g and bearing the offer name "Kinder Joy Hunt for Golden Batman and Win a trip to Australia" Contest. The Offer is applicable only on Promo Packs as stated above and not on any other pack. 

The Promo Packs are limited in quantity and the Offer will be open only till stocks of Promo Packs last or end of the Offer Period, whichever is earlier. Other terms and conditions The decision of Ferrero or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to Ferrero's approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained. The Organizer shall not entertain any grievances or queries regarding the Contest on or after 31st March 2026. Complaints and queries by Winners who have not received their prize shall not be entertained more than 60 days after they receive an SMS or call from the Organizer or their appointed agency. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify the participant for ground of misconduct / criminal record / infringement of these terms and conditions, before or after participation / gratification. By taking part and/or entering into the Promo the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Organizers and its employees and directors from any and all liability associated with the participation.
