The contest is open to all residents of India of age eighteen (18) years or above except for the residents of the state of Tamil Nadu. Participation in this contest is purely voluntary. These “Contest Terms and Conditions” are specific to the Rest of India excluding the state of Tamil Nadu and wherever prohibited by Law. Participants will be asked whether they reside in the Rest of India or in Tamil Nadu. Participants are expected to provide true and correct information and indemnify the company in case the Company suffers any loss due to breach of the same by the participants. The definition and criteria of choosing the winner(s) shall be at the sole discretion of MAAC India without any obligation to notify the participants. 3. No responsibility will be accepted for any objectionable statements including racial, defamatory, abusive, improper, lost or corrupt, incomplete or fraudulent entries. Entries which otherwise do not comply with these rules will be disqualified. 5. The Participant(s) undertakes to indemnify and keep the Company indemnified from any loss, damage, claims, costs, expenses which may be incurred by the Company due to the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained. 6. Winners shall be declared on Facebook and Instagram.
