This quiz is open to all valid Indian citizens who have a mobile number and an email ID. Employees of Dainik Jagran and Datanet India Private Limited are not eligible to participate. The questions will be based on diet, sleep, exercise, Ayurvedic lifestyle, nature-friendly daily routines, balanced health principles, disease prevention and the core concepts of Ayurveda-based healthy living. Free registration and the online quiz will be conducted from Registration and Online Examination: Free registration and the online quiz will be conducted from 3 January 2026 to 19 January 2026. Participants must provide their name, email address, mobile number, and other required details. By submitting the information, participants consent to Dainik Jagran and IndiastatQuiz using it for quiz operations and verification. : If you have participated in our previous quizzes, you do not need to register again for this competition. Your email ID will serve as your username, and you can retrieve your password using the “Forget Password” option. Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The percentage shown on the marksheet will be calculated by multiplying (Correct Answers – Wrong Answers × 0.33) by 100 and dividing the result by 45 (total questions).
