They must also not be profane, pornographic, or contain nudity.  Entries cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message. Entries cannot be obscene or offensive, and must not promote any form of hate, hate groups, or hurt religious sentiments. Entries cannot promote terrorist acts, such as providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades, or other weapons, or provide instructional information about illegal activities. 

 Entries cannot defame, misrepresent, or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about Nestlé India, its customers, its products, or other individuals, products, or companies. F. Entries must be original and cannot contain copyrighted material owned by others without permission. Plagiarism from any source is strictly prohibited. G. Entries cannot contain background artwork unless it is an original work created by the participant. H. Entries must not depict or be in violation of any law.  Disqualification of Entries Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be rejected. Nestle India reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its discretion.

No charges are payable to Nestlé India or the organizers for participation in or winning the Program. In the event that any individual requests money in connection with the Program, please be advised that such requests are not legitimate and should be reported to Nestle India. 10. Prizes A. A participant who has been selected and notified as Winner(s) in terms of Section 11 of these Terms and Conditions shall be awarded with Prize(s). 

Following are details of the Number of Winner(s) and Prizes: i. Rest of India except Tamil Nadu: One winner will be chosen each day for a period of 45 days of the Contest. Participants will get a chance to win an iPad 11'' 11th gen (128 GB, Wifi).Tamil Nadu: A total of 5 winners will be selected during the entire contest/program period. Selected winners will receive an iPad 11'' 11th gen (128 GB, Wifi). A participant can win a maximum of one prize during the Program period. If a participant has won a prize, they will not be eligible to win any further prizes. B. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash. C. Participants understand that prizes are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or suitability for any particular purpose.

Winner Selection and Notification A. Winning entries will be determined by Nestlé India or its agency, and such decisions shall be binding and non-contestable. B. Rest of India except Tamil Nadu: Winner from ROI will be selected through lucky draw by way of Scientific Randomizer. C. Tamil Nadu: Winners from Tamil Nadu will be chosen based on the uniqueness and creativity of their answers during the entire program period. D. Winners will be contacted via SMS for disbursement of prizes as per these terms & conditions. E. Nestlé India or its agency will contact the selected winner(s) on contact details for verification. F. Nestlé India or its agency will make best efforts to contact the selected (winners). Nestlé India shall not be liable for any non-receipt of communication due to network failures or other technical issues. 

If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the selected winner will be disqualified, and the next eligible participant will be chosen. G. The prizes will be awarded to the winner(s) after due verification. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of declaration of winning, that winner will be disqualified, and the next eligible participant will be chosen as per the selection criteria defined. H. Upon successful completion of verification, Prize shall be awarded to the Winner(s). I. If delivery of prizes involves courier or postal services, such delivery shall be subject to the serviceability of the courier service and any guidelines established by relevant authorities, including those pertaining to pandemics. Delays shall not be regarded as a breach of these terms.
