Participant" means any individual entering the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and, in the case of a minor, the parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of such minor and assuming full legal responsibility for participation. b. "Eligible Product" means PET bottles of THE FIRM's product namely "Banta Jeera 160 Ml, Cola 160 ml, Orange 160 ml, Jaljeera 160 ml, Totka Energy Drink 160 ml, Nimbuda 160 ml, Banta Jeera 400 ml (hereinafter referred as "Eligible Products") carrying a QR code on the label and a Unique Code printed behind the product label. No other product of THE FIRM shall be eligible unless expressly notified. c. "Unique Code" means the alpha-numeric code printed behind the product label required for participation and valid for one-time use only.
Winners shall be selected through randomised or system-driven mechanism determined solely by THE FIRM. Rewards may include but are not limited to Harley Davidson-X440, iphone17 (256GB), 1 gm gold Coin (24Karat), Noise Colorfit Victor 2025 Edition Smartwatch, Play Station 5 Digital Addition, Amazon Pay Gift Cards and other promotional rewards. THE FIRM reserves the right to substitute rewards of equivalent value. 5
Assured Gift Structure Where the Campaign promises assured gifts, such assurance shall remain subject to eligibility verification, system validation and compliance with these Terms. Participation does not guarantee winning any specific reward category. 6. Nature of Rewards All rewards are provided on an "AS IS" basis. THE FIRM shall not provide warranties regarding quality or performance. Any manufacturer warranty shall be directly between the winner and manufacturer. 7. Taxation Any taxes or levies applicable to rewards shall be borne solely by the winner.
