The campaign is open to all Indian citizens who are 18 years old or above residing in India with the following exceptions: i. The employees and the family members of GrabOn, its associate companies, its distributors, its partners, and their associate companies. 6. Winner selection and settling disputes: i. The daily and mega lucky winners will be announced on the official social handles of GrabOn.
Winners will be contacted by the representatives of GrabOn through the email IDs with which they entered the contest. Each winner will be sent an email requesting their contact details. In case the winner is not traceable within 15 days, GrabOn has the sole discretion to either forfeit the prize or to pass it on to the next best entry. The winners must check their mailboxes including spam emails. If the user fails to check the mailbox within the deadline and share the requested details, the prize assigned to that person will be forfeited and no further requests will be entertained. ii. We would not be able to deliver more than one physical prize to the same address even if they were won from different accounts as we would like to provide everyone with an opportunity to win. iii. The winner will be required to furnish the complete name, address, valid phone number and other such information/ details/ documents as may be asked by the GrabOn or its representatives. iv. GrabOn assumes no liability or responsibility for: (a) Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies of content or submissions. GrabOn or its representatives will contact the winner on the contact number given by him/her and verify the claim before delivering the prize. Award of prizes is subject to this verification. The winner may need to send in any required material or documentation as asked by GrabOn or its representatives for verification purposes in order to claim the prize. After successful verification, the winner will be informed of the entire process for redemption/ delivery of the prize. vi. Please note that our algorithm is optimized to make sure that the winner is selected at random. However, if we suspect an illegal activity such as multiple account creation from the same IP address, your account may be blocked and your winnings may be cancelled. vii. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or any other claim can be made in lieu of prizes. GrabOn shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest. 1All disputes relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Hyderabad (Telangana) only. Daily and Mega Lucky winners will be selected randomly from the set of people who got minimum eligible points for each selection respectively. Minimum eligible points for Daily lucky winners - 200 Minimum eligible points for Mega lucky winners - 1000 Please note that only the participants who have opted in for the Mega lucky prizes will be eligible to win. 17. Once a participant opts in, 500 and 1000 points will be deducted for the Weekly and Mega lucky draw participation respectively. No points will be deducted for the daily lucky draws.
