How to Participate and WIN BIG

6.1 In order to participate in this Contest, Participants have to:

Log on to https://www.himalaya1derwoman.com and click on start journey of 1derwoman Academy https://www.himalaya1derwoman.com/welcome

 Once a Participant logs on, chatbot asks them their Name, Age & Proficiency. Post above steps, Participants have options to select mentorship video from 1. Cricketing skills 2. Balancing studies along with play 3. Managing Mind & Confidence

 The bot shows video clip of RCB players sharing personal experience & tips and further shares task to be completed by Participant. Once the Participant completes the task and uploads story/video on the bot, they are eligible to be selected as Winner

Selection of Winners The Winners shall be selected jointly by Female Cricket Academy 7.2 The decision of Himalaya/ Agency shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Himalaya/ Agency shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of Winners. 7.3 Himalaya/ Agency shall, at all times, have the right to exercise its discretion on the selection of Winners, in order to ensure equity and fairness for all Participants, as per the Terms and Conditions. 8. Prize 8.1 The Participants who are selected as Winners shall be eligible to win a scholarship for cricket coaching worth upto INR 40,000/- (Indian Rupee Fourty Thousand Only) per annum (“Prize”). 

The Prize shall be awarded in the form of a reimbursement, upon submission of valid proofs and receipts. 8.3 The Winner/ legal guardian of the Winner shall enter into valid legal agreement with Himalaya/ Agency in order to facilitate the Prize distribution. Further terms regarding the scholarship and reimbursement shall be governed by the said agreement. 8.4 There shall be 100 Winners who shall receive scholarship for a period of 1 year. 1 Winner shall receive scholarship for a period of 1 year. 8.5 The Winner will be eligible for the scholarship only upon submission of valid receipts and proofs for claiming the reimbursement. Himalaya/ Agency shall verify the proofs submitted by the Winners and only upon satisfaction of the veracity of the proofs, shall the Winner be finalised. 

The decision of Himalaya/ Agency in this regard shall be final and shall not be subject to any queries. 8.7 Himalaya /Agency are not responsible for any deficiency and/ or defect in or relating to any service regarding the cricket coaching or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, bodily harm/ injury or death, in any manner whatsoever. 8.8 The Prize under this Contest is not transferable, can’t be traded, exchanged, sold, replaced or adjusted with anything including other prizes/ gifts/ benefits in lieu thereof if any or cash except at the sole discretion of Himalaya/ Agency. 8.9 Himalaya/ Agency shall not be responsible if the Participants are not receiving the Prize on account of the Participant not meeting the Eligibility Criteria.
