Prize details The winner(s) of the Contest will receive an exclusive opportunity to attend a Meet & Greet session with the cricketers Suryakumar Yadav, Mohammad Siraj, and Arshdeep Singh (“Players”). Each winner will also be allowed to bring a maximum of two (2) immediate family members to accompany them to the Meet & Greet session. All accompanying family members must comply with the event rules, security protocols, and conduct requirements specified by Ferrero. No additional guests will be permitted. The venue, date, and time for the Meet & Greet session will be communicated by Ferrero or its Agency at least four (4) days prior to the scheduled event. Ferrero reserves the right to revise or change the venue, date, or time due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances, and such changes shall be duly communicated to the winner(s). Travel and Logistics Ferrero will provide round‑trip economy airfare for the winner(s) and up to three (3) accompanying family members only from select cities, as determined by Ferrero at its sole discretion. For winner(s) and accompanying family members travelling from locations other than the select cities covered under clause (i), Ferrero will arrange an alternative mode of travel at its discretion. The type and class of travel arranged shall be as determined solely by the Company and shall be limited to the extent communicated by Ferrero. Ferrero will not cover any additional costs such as seat upgrades, excess baggage, meals, insurance, or incidental expenses.
Travel tickets will be issued only in the name of the winner and shall be strictly non‑transferable. No accommodation or overnight stay will be provided at the Meet & Greet location unless the winner resides in a city other than the event venue. In such cases, Ferrero may, at its sole discretion, provide one (1) night of hotel accommodation for the winner and up to two (2) accompanying family members. Only one (1) hotel room will be provided per winner. The choice of hotel shall be determined exclusively by Ferrero. Ferrero will also provide two (2) meals during the stay, at its discretion. No additional rooms, meals, services, or incidental expenses will be covered. Winners must confirm their availability and submit a valid government‑issued photo ID for ticket‑booking purposes within 24 hours of being contacted by Ferrero. Failure to provide the required confirmation and documentation within this timeline may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Ferrero reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Ferrero will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during travel. Winners must maintain proper conduct and respectful behaviour towards the Players, Ferrero representatives, and other attendees at all times. Any inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behaviour (including harassment, use of abusive language, or violation of instructions) may result in immediate removal from the venue and forfeiture of the prize, without any liability on Ferrero. Winners must comply with all security protocols, photography/video guidelines, and directions provided by Ferrero or its representatives during the event. The winner acknowledges that Ferrero cannot guarantee the presence or availability of all Players at the Meet & Greet session.
Ferrero will make reasonable efforts to arrange interactions with all Players; however, it will depend on Player’s schedules and commitments. No claims or compensation shall be entertained in this regard. Ferrero reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the Meet & Greet in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to Player availability, government restrictions, or force majeure events. In such cases, Ferrero’s liability is limited to arranging an alternative experience of equivalent value, at its discretion. Entries coming outside the Promo Period defined above will not be considered and will be summarily rejected. Prizes are non-transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit.
Winner Notification & verification Winner(s) will be selected based on the creativity and guidelines framed by Ferrero and will be announced in the first week of June 2026. Winners will be contacted via the mobile number provided during registration. Ferrero or its Agency will make up to three (3) attempts to reach the winner within 2 days of the first contact attempt. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and Ferrero reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winners must provide valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) and any other documents reasonably requested by Ferrero to verify identity and eligibility. The name on the ID must match the name provided during registration. Ferrero reserves the right to disqualify any winner who fails to provide satisfactory verification or is found to have submitted false or misleading information.
