To confirm participation, customers must successfully answer the questionnaire during the Promotional Campaign Period in the manner prescribed by Airtel. Only entries with completed registration and successfully answered questionnaire will be considered valid. If answers are incorrect, the entry will be considered unsuccessful. 5. Entry Rules Only entries with all correct answers will be considered for the weekly draw. Users can participate anytime while Promotional Campaign is running.
Winner Selection Winners shall be shortlisted from among valid entries using a randomized computerized selection process, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria. Selection of winners by Airtel shall be final and binding, and non-contestable. 7. Selection Conditions See Section 13 for detailed disqualification criteria. 8. Winner Notification Winners will be informed via SMS and email. An Airtel authorized agency may contact winners to confirm identity and details. If the winner does not respond within the stipulated timeline, Airtel reserves the right to select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.
Terms & Conditions 1. This promotional campaign ("Promotional Campaign") is organized by Bharti Airtel Limited / Bharti Hexacom Limited / Bharti Telemedia Limited (collectively "Airtel") and is exclusively available on the Airtel Thanks App. This Promotional Campaign is applicable to Airtel customers (check eligibility section below) across India, excluding the state of Tamil Nadu and any other states or union territories where such contests or prize schemes are prohibited by applicable law ("Eligible Circles"). Participants are required to read and understand the following terms and conditions before participating in the Promotional Campaign. Submitting the required details will imply that the Participant has read and understood the terms and conditions of the Promotional Campaign and undertakes to compulsorily abide by it. 2. Promotional Campaign Period The Promotional Campaign shall be valid from 12th March 2026 to 19th March 2026 ("Promotional Campaign Period"), unless extended or withdrawn by Airtel at its sole discretion. Winners will be announced between 20th March 2026 and 23rd March 2026 on the Airtel Thanks App and informed via SMS/email and will be contacted by Airtel or its authorized agency. Entries will be accepted till 19th March 2026 2:00 PM only. 3. Eligibility Participation in the Promotional Campaign is open only to eligible customers ('Participant(s)") who: Are citizens of India; Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation; Are active Airtel subscribers during the Promotional Campaign Period; Are residents of Eligible Circles (India excluding Tamil Nadu and other prohibited states/union territories); Participants must maintain an active account with Airtel throughout the Promotional Campaign Period. In case a Participant ports out of Airtel or ceases to hold an active account with Airtel during the Promotional Campaign Period or before receiving any reward, the Participant's entry shall stand cancelled and any reward shall be forfeited.
