LEADERBOARD AND RANKINGS 8.1. The Services include a leaderboard that ranks players based on their game performance and accumulated points. 8.2. Rankings are determined by Our proprietary algorithms based on factors including but not limited to game completion, accuracy, speed, and overall points earned. 8.3. Leaderboard positions may allow Users to redeem points. Leaderboard rankings do not entitle Users to any cash reward or monetary payout. 8.4. In the event of any tie in the point earned by any user, the winner shall be determined based on the order in which the relevant users logged into promotion and completed the activity resulting in such points. Accordingly, priority shall be accorded to the user who logged in earlier and subsequently achieved the relevant points. For clarity, if two or more users achieve the same number of points, the user who logged into the promotion earlier and thereafter achieved such points shall be ranked higher. We reserve the right, at sole discretion, to change or modify the tie breaking mechanism at any time. 8.5. While We strive to maintain accurate leaderboard rankings, We do not guarantee that the leaderboard will be error-free at all times. All decisions regarding leaderboard rankings are final and at Our sole discretion. 8.6. We reserve the right to remove any User from the leaderboard or disqualify such User from the rewards if We determine, in Our sole discretion, that such User has violated the Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unfair practices.
POINTS AND REWARDS PROGRAM 10.1. Users may earn points by participating in the Game on the Platform. Points are awarded based solely on gameplay and cannot be purchased, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or traded with other Users. 10.2. At the end of each daily Promotion, Points shall be awarded to the top 10,000 (ten thousand) Users as determined by each user’s gameplay performance and ranking on the leaderboard. 10.3. Points do not have any monetary value and do not constitute currency, property, or any form of financial instrument. Points cannot be withdrawn, encashed, transferred, redeemed for cash, or converted to cash equivalents (including but not limited to wallet balance, vouchers that credit money into any account, or any other form of convertible value). 10.4. Each User shall have visibility to the amount of Points he/she has earned in the Game. Such Points may be used by each User to redeem such vouchers and/or coupons (“Coupons”) made available to each User towards the merchandise (“Merchandise”) available at https://www.tmkocstore.com/ (“TMKOC Store”) provided the User is eligible to redeem such Coupon. 10.5. Points expire automatically after the period notified on the Platform or at the end of an Event. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
