Eligibility for Voucher: The voucher offer is limited to the first 150 valid feedback submissions only. Only one submission per user is permitted. Any attempt to submit multiple entries, including through the use of multiple phone numbers or identities, may result in disqualification of all related submissions. Purpose of Feedback: This survey is conducted solely for the purpose of collecting feedback in relation to recent contest participation. Submission of your feedback is completely voluntary.
Submission Period: The feedback must be completed and submitted between 04.05.2026 and 05.06.2026 (“Submission Period”). Validation of Submissions: All submissions will be reviewed by the Company after Submission Period. Incomplete, frivolous, duplicate, or unrelated responses, or responses that do not meet the Company’s verification criteria, may be rejected at the Company’s discretion.
