As determined by ITC, in its sole discretion, entries must meet the following guidelines:All entries submitted must comply with these Terms & Conditions and any Terms of Use of the Contest Website and Instagram. Cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity; Cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; Cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; Cannot promote terrorist acts such as providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other such weapons or provide instructional information about illegal activities; Cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about ITC, its customers or its products, or other people, products or companies; Must be original and cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art, stills, or images published on or in television, movies, the Internet or other media) without permission and cannot be plagiarized from any source; Cannot contain background artwork, unless it is an original work of the Participant; Cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which ITC wishes to associate; Cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law. Participants making statements which are contrary to existing law, bye-laws, public policy or established good practices shall be disqualified from further participating in the Contest.
PRIZEs For the purpose of this Contest, “Winners” means Participants who have won the Prize. “Prize” means the Prize won by a Winner(s), details of which are elaborated in Clause 17 below. “Prize”: Selected winners as per Clauses 18-19 below will get an Amazon Voucher worth Rs. 1000/- (Rupees Thousand Only)
SELECTION OF WINNERS A total of 100 winners will be declared at the end of the Contest. The winners will be chosen by judges appointed by the ITC Aashirvaad brand team based on the creativity of the steps to participate on the Contest Website undertaken by the Participant. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding upon all the participants.
CONTACTING WINNERS Post the completion of the Contest, ITC shall contact each Participant who has won. ITC will inform the Participant by a message via Instagram that they have won the prize. The Winner is required to provide their mobile number and any other details as may be requested. These details are required for the Winner to be contacted and for the prize to be sent. Without these details, the Winner shall stand disqualified from the Contest. In the event the Winner does not respond to the message in 5 days, the Winner’s participation in the Contest comes to an end and the Winner’s entry stands cancelled and Winner becomes ineligible to receive the prize. In such an event, another Winner will be shortlisted by ITC. The Winners will have to provide a copy of their or their parent(s)/legal guardian’s address proof such as valid passport, voter card, or driver’s license, a copy of which will have to be submitted at the request of ITC, without which the Participant may be disqualified from the Contest. The prizes will be given to the Winners post completion of such audit and verification process as deemed fit by ITC. No Prize will be awarded if the information provided by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest is not factually correct. By sharing their/their parent(s)/legal guardian’s personal information with ITC, the Participants/their parent(s)/legal guardian consent to collection, storing, processing and use of personal information i.e. name, address, mobile phone number by ITC, its affiliates, associates, agents, contractors and other third parties. The personal information is being collected by the Agency and shall be retained by the Agency. Personal information given by the Participants/ their parent(s)/legal guardians shall be used to deliver prizes and for promotional activities by ITC Ltd its affiliates, associates, agents, contractors. By participating in this Contest, the Participants/their parent(s)/legal guardians acknowledge and consent to transfer and/or disclosure of their personal information by ITC to any third-party for providing services in relation to this Contest. The Participants have an option of not providing the personal information as required under this Contest. The Participants also have an option to withdraw their consent in relation to usage of Personal Information during the duration of the Contest. In such cases, the entry of the Participant shall not be considered and Participant shall not be eligible for the prize. The participants may reach out to itccares.orm@itc.in for such withdrawals.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE PRIZE The Prize Winner shall follow the instructions given by or on behalf of ITC, when a message is sent to him/her by ITC informing him/her in the event of his/her selection as the prize Winner. Award of Prize is subject to the verification of documents such as government Photo-ID proof such as valid Indian passport /residence proof/ Driver’s license PAN card and/or such other documents as may be requested and submitted by the prize Winner. After verification the prize Winner will be informed about the entire process of redemption of the Prize. The list of all the winners of the contest for its entire duration will be published at this URL on this date.
GENERAL CONDITIONS The decision of ITC, as regards the selection of Winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to ITC’s approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to, the intellectual property rights in the Contest and the promotional materials, all data collected as a result of this Contest and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with ITC. ITC shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the Entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose without permission or payment to the Participant. All material submitted in connection with the Contest are assigned to ITC upon submission and become of the property of ITC exclusively. ITC may use such material in the manner as it may deem fit
