Participants must upload a selfie or reel featuring Birla Opus from their public social media account, using the hashtag #MainBhiOpus and tagging the official Birla Opus social media page. Entries posted from private accounts or without the required hashtag or tag shall not be valid. 3. Winners shall be selected by the Company, at its sole discretion, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein, and a total of 30 winners shall be announced during Campaign Period on the Company’s official social media handles. Participants are advised to regularly monitor such handles for winner announcements.
Selected entries/winner as per criteria communicated by the Company shall also be eligible to receive free wall makeover by Company. Subject to; a. Availability of service in the participant’s city. b. Vendor/service partner availability. c. The makeover will be limited to pre-approved designs/catalogue options only. d. The wall makeover is limited to wallpaper or designer finish application on an Interior home wall of upto 150 sq. ft. 5. The makeover shall be undertaken only on walls that are reasonably fit for application and will be executed as per the normal application process for the selected finish/design. Any waterproofing, repair, or preparatory work is excluded and shall be chargeable separately. 6. Multiple entries per participant are allowed; however, only one (best) entry per participant will be considered. 7. A participant can win only once during the campaign period.
Winners must submit valid ID and details; failure may lead to disqualification. 9. By participation in the Campaign, participants consent to the use of participant’s personal data like names, likenesses, and entries for promotional or marketing purposes by the Company without any further consent or compensation. 10. Participants must obtain prior written consent from the property owner before capturing, submitting, or sharing Content. Such consent must also permit the Company to use, repost, or share the Campaign videos for promotional or marketing purposes in any media. By submitting the content, the Participant confirms that the content is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or proprietary rights.
