During the Term, the Participant must answer the question, based on the Program, by giving a missed call on the phone number of the correct option (For Option A - 8657 8657 53 or For Option B - 8657 8657 54) aired during each Program. Each Daily Bumper Winner shall receive one (1) e-voucher for a smartphone worth INR 9,500/- (Indian Rupees Nine Thousand Five Hundred only) (“Daily Bumper Prize”) and each Daily Winner shall receive one (1) e-voucher worth INR 1,000/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand only) (“Daily Prize”). The Daily Prize and the Daily Bumper Prize shall collectively be referred to as “Prize”. The Prize issued across all categories must be utilised by the Winner(s) within the specified validity dates mentioned in the voucher(s) and will be disbursed only to Winner(s)’s verified email id. It is hereby clarified that the value of the online e-gift voucher for Daily Bumper Winner(s) may or may not be in accordance with the actual product(s) chosen by any of the Daily Bumper Winner(s) to redeem such voucher and the difference between the value of the online e-gift voucher awarded by ZEEL and the actual price of any of the product(s) shall be borne by the Daily Bumper Winner(s) solely at his/her own cost and expenses. The Winners will be announced everyday, Monday to Sunday. The Winners of the previous day will be announced the following day during the telecast of the following day’s episode. Disbursement of the Prize shall be subject to submission of valid government-issued identification documents and completion of verification formalities to the satisfaction of ZEEL.
This Contest is open only to Indian Citizens above the age of 18 (eighteen) years who reside in India except those residing in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerela, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep at the time of conducting this Contest. The Participant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/her name, address, phone number, e-mail address, age and such other information as may be required by ZEEL from time to time. ZEEL has the right at any time to ask the Participant to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility. If the Participant fails to provide such proof by Participant immediately upon request by ZEEL, ZEEL shall have the right to disqualify the Participant from the Contest and/or the withdrawal of the Prize (defined below) at the sole discretion of ZEEL. In the event that any inaccurate information is provided and/or information is withheld by the Participant from ZEEL, ZEEL shall be entitled to disqualify the Participant from the Contest and the Participant shall be solely liable and responsible for any claims or expenses arising from provision of such inaccurate information or withholding of information. Further, in the event ZEEL in its sole discretion, determines that the Participant has forged/misrepresented any facts in relation to the Participant’s residency, ZEEL shall be entitled to disqualify the Participant. For sake of clarity, ZEEL can disqualify the said Participant even after the Participant is declared Winner initially.
