It is the biggest skill contest in India, offering a total prize pool of INR 20 lakhs. Participating and winning in the Naukri Campus Young Turks contest will not only enhance your resume or CV with a prestigious winning certificate but also set you apart in the competitive job market. By excelling in your chosen skill track(s) and being in the top 1%, you can gain national recognition and earn valuable prizes. Best of all, the contest is completely free to enter, providing a valuable opportunity for undergraduate students to demonstrate their talents. The contest consists of two rounds: a 60-minute aptitude test followed by a 60-minute skill test.
Eligibility: Open for all UG courses graduating in year 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, or 2030 and PG courses graduating in 2027 & 2028 No, there is no registration fee for the Naukri Campus Young Turks contest. The competition is completely free for students to enter. This allows all eligible students to participate without any financial barriers, giving everyone an equal opportunity to showcase their skills, win prizes, and gain recognition from potential employers through the Naukri Campus.
For each skill track, the prizes are: AIR 1: INR 100,000, AIR 2: INR 50,000, AIR 3: INR 25,000, AIR 4-10: Amazon vouchers worth 15,000, AIR 11-20: Amazon vouchers worth 10,000, AIR 21-50: goodies worth 1200 Top 1 percentile students against each skill track will get a certificate of merit. 30,000 students qualifying for round 2 will get a qualifying certificate. Additionally, there's a referral program with cash rewards for top referrers. Both rounds of the Naukri Campus Young Turks contest are 60 minutes long. Both rounds of the contest are MCQ-based. Participants must complete each round within the allotted time frame to be eligible for prizes and recognition.
