The Yatra voucher is valid for Flight and Hotel bookings. The voucher is valid for one single transaction only; partial redemption is not allowed. It cannot be clubbed with any existing offer. The voucher is applicable only once per user. If the booking amount is less than the voucher value, the unused portion cannot be carried forward. The voucher must be used in one booking through the Yatra website or Yatra mobile app (not for offline or affiliate channels unless explicitly allowed). In case of cancellation, the voucher once used (or triggered) cannot be re-activated. Offer is not applicable for the Prime users. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking. A participant can win a maximum of one prize during the Program period. The validation of uniqueness will be done with mobile numbers. If a participant has won a prize, they will not be eligible to win any further prizes. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash.
