A Participant is not required to purchase PetStar Alpha merely because the product pack must appear in the Entry. The Organizer/participating retailer should provide a reasonable means for an eligible Participant to create the required Entry without being compelled to purchase the product.  This is a skill-based creative contest. Winners will not be selected by random lucky draw. Provisional winners will be contacted primarily by Instagram direct message from the Company's official social media handle, and/or by contact details lawfully obtained for Campaign administration. The Organizer may make up to three contact attempts during a 72-hour period. The communication will specify the response deadline and verification process. A provisional winner may be required to provide full name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, Instagram handle, age/identity evidence, PAN/tax information where legally required, and other information reasonably necessary for eligibility, tax compliance and prize fulfilment.
